A newly poured concrete driveway leading to a classic home in Taunton

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Interpretationdad Concrete to be treated fairly. If something did not go the way it should have, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what you can expect next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Interpretationdad Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, begin by speaking with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know, though, that Interpretationdad Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@interpretationdad.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
